The secondhand blazer market is one of the more interesting places to spend time if you know what to look for, and one of the more confusing if you don't. The same search returns Kiton mainline suits and Armani diffusion pieces at prices that sometimes overlap, which is where almost all the mispricing lives. The construction question -- full canvas, half canvas, or fused -- is the single most important thing to resolve before buying any blazer secondhand, because it determines how the piece will wear and whether it will hold its shape over years of use.
